Arthur Pilcher Returns to Wellington Saints for 2025 Season
The Mills Albert Wellington Saints are thrilled to announce the return of guard Arthur Pilcher for the 2025 New Zealand National Basketball League season. Pilcher, a product of Upper Hutt College, made his debut with the Saints in 2024 and has been recognized for his athletic skill set, relentless work ethic, and determination to win.
Standing at 189cm, Pilcher's journey to the Saints began through the club's open trials, a testament to his dedication and skill. His performance during the 2024 season showcased his potential, contributing valuable minutes off the bench and demonstrating his readiness to seize opportunities. Notably, in the Saints' 110-80 victory over the Auckland Tuatara to start the 2024 season, Pilcher scored the inaugural points for the Saints in the Sky Broadband Rapid League in 2024.
Pilcher's commitment to maintaining peak physical condition has been evident throughout his tenure with the Saints. His rigorous training regimen and focus on fitness have not only enhanced his individual performance but have also set a standard for his teammates.
